Prized Peony with Stampin' Blends

Hello all you happy stampers! I recently started ordering my first Stampin' Blends markers and have to share how wonderful they are. I've colored a few projects with them and they are so easy to use and make you look like a Coloring Pro! I will definitely be adding more colors to my collection soon! I used Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive and So Saffron Stampin' Blends for this card. Each shade comes in a combo pack of one light and one dark and each marker comes with a broader end for coloring and a finer tipped end for writing.  I started by coloring the image with the lighter shade and then used the darker shade for some of the lines and shading on the image. The So Saffron was used for the center of the flowers. I also flicked the tip of the broader end of the Flirty Flamingo onto the stamped sentiment piece to give it that pink splash of color.

Here is a complete list of the ingredients used on this card:

  • Early Espresso cardstock for the base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
  • Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP) - 5 1/4 x 4 1/4  - I used the decorative die edge from the Prized Peony Bundle to take off a bit on the 4 1/4 side
  • Prized Peony Bundle
  • Tasteful Labels Dies
  • Stampin' Blends - Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive and So Saffron
  • Elegant Faceted Gems
  • Early Espresso Stampin' Pad for sentiment
  • Sentiment of your choice - I chose one from the February 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit
  • Adhesive
  • 3D dimensionals for the flower images
  • Die cutting machine

Below you will find the images of the ingredients used on this card that will take you directly to my online store. Happy Stamping!
